Tough race this morning.  Cold and hilly but happy with the hard effort.  4th overall with 2nd fastest bike of the day.  Well rounded race.
 
 
Getting up early tomorrow to race completely out of my comfort zone.  This darn thing will be over before my swim usually is.....manta for the morning it's only an hour, it's only an hour.

Great race at IMCdA on Sunday.  Finished 45th overall and 4th in my age group in 9:50:39.

Bib numbers are posted for Ironman Coeur d'Alene and I'm #81.  Not sure how or why I got such a low num
 
 
Congrats to James Stromberg who I coach qualified for Kona at Eagleman 70.3.  Always stick around until all of the slots are accounted for....you never know.
 
 
I qualified for Kona at Ironman 70.3 Hawaii with a 24th place overall finish and 3rd in my age group.
