2007 Troika Half Ironman Pictures
Overall not a bad day. I set a PR at the Half Ironman distance finishing in 7th in my Age Group and 27th Overall in 4:57. I was pretty happy as I had a strained quad which really blew up at the end of the bike. It's no wonder as I posted my best bike split ever of 2:31 (22.3 MPH average).

2007 Grand Columbian Half Ironman
My second trip to Grand Coulee. It was a tough day as I had badly strained my calf a few days before the race but decided to give it a go anyway. I ws 27 minutes faster than the year before finishing 7th in my Age Group and 26th overall in 5:08. This is a really great tough race.

2007 Ironman Coeur d'Alene Pictures
My first Ironman race. It was a windy and rough swim, breezy and hilly bike and flat run along the lake. Not a bad first attempt. I finished 41st in my age group and 174th overall in 10:45:13.
